Refund policy
At RAZNADO, we take immense pride in the quality of our leather craftsmanship. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we are here to help you get it right.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
 * The item was purchased in the last 2 days.
 * The product is in its original, unused condition with all tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
 * There are no signs of wear, scratches, or oils on the leather.
 * You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 2 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness, certain items cannot be returned:
 * Custom/Personalized Items: Any leather goods that have been embossed, engraved, or custom-made to your specifications.
 * Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.
 * Leather Care Products: Opened jars of conditioners, waxes, or cleaners.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
We inspect every piece before it leaves our workshop. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
 * Contact us at raznado.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
 * Include clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
 * We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer you a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
  Note: Natural markings, slight color variations, and scars are inherent to genuine leather and are not considered defects.
5. Exchange Options
Want a different color or a different style? We offer a one-time exchange for items of equal or higher value. Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we will ship out your new selection. Any price difference will be settled before the new shipment.
6. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
 * If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
 * For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to perform a direct transfer.
 * Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Return Shipping Costs
 * For Defective Items: Shipping is on us.
 * For "Change of Mind" Returns/Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
