Thank you for shopping at RAZNADO. We take great pride in our craftsmanship, and we want to ensure your handcrafted leather goods reach you safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
 * Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
 * If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with reliable courier services SHIPROCKET to ensure your package is handled with care.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location (Metro cities usually receive orders faster than ROU regions).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.
4. Shipping to Remote Areas
While we ship pan-India, certain remote pin codes may take an additional 3 business days for delivery. If our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund.
5. International Shipping
 We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that custom duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
 * Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming.
 * Damaged Packages: If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take a photo/video of the unopened box and contact us at +91 89044 90026 or +91 9330621120 within 24 hours of delivery.
 * Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, transport strikes, or festive peaks. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
