Welcome to RAZNADO. This website is operated by RAZNADO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RAZNADO. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Account Terms

* Payments must be received in full before an order is processed for shipping.

We take great care to ensure our leather goods are represented accurately. However:
* Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in color, grain, and texture are expected and are not considered defects.
* We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
* We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
* Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions.
* If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within [NUMBER] business days.
5. Shipping and Delivery

* Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds
* Our policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
* Custom-made or personalized leather goods are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in KOLKATA,WEST BENGAL India.
